How to order


It is extremely easy to order your favourite products from Skincareavenue.


You can order online with the click of a few buttons and checking out.  We make use of two Secure Payment Service Providers namely Payfast and Snapscan. You can pay for your order by EFT (Electronic transfer from your Bank) or  with your Credit card via Payfast or Snapscan from your mobile phone.

You can drop us an email [sales(at)] with the products you would like to order. We will send you an Invoice with shipping and Banking Details included. You can pay for your order and send us a proof of payment. We will order your products from the supplier when your payment reflects in our bank account. We will notify you once your products are ready to be shipped from our location.


The trusted old telephone way of ordering is still working very well with Skincareavenue.  Give us a call for advice on which products might be best suited for your skin, to order from the Monthly Special Offers Brochure or to confirm stock availability. Tel: 072 342 6330


Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we can not offer returns on opened products or colour cosmetics.  Please do not accept any broken/opened parcels from the delivery service. We make every effort in sending you a carefully packed parcel to prevent breakage, but accidents do happen. In the rare case of you receiving a broken container, please contact us, and we will take it from there to ensure you stay a happy customer.


We have 2 delivery options available.

Courier Delivery

Courier Delivery is the fastest and most trusted way of having your parcel delivered to you. We make use of Fastway Couriers (Local and Main Centres) as well as the Dropbox to Door Service from Aramex (Rural).  Courier Services can only deliver to a street address. Please ensure that an authorized person will be available to sign for the delivery.

Courier Costs

Your delivery costs will be determined according to your Postal Code as provided by Fastway Couriers. 

Local will be most areas in the Cape Town area:  R35-00

Main Centres will be to the major cities and towns in South Africa where Fastway Couriers have a depot:  R65-00

Rural Areas – every postal code not listed above:  R100-00

Free Delivery/Pick-up

We offer free pre-arranged delivery within the Somerset West/Stellenbosch/Strand area. We can also arrange for your parcel to be picked up by you at a pre-determined location in the Central Business Area of Stellenbosch.

    1. Phindile, ask your Group manager to help you to be transferred to a Group Manager closer to you. Or contact Avroy Shlain Headoffice for advice.

    1. Hi Ruth, we are an online shopping site with no direct affiliation to Avroy Shlain Head office, we stock a variety of skincare products, directly to the public. We do not have an on credit facility. Please contact your Avroy Shlain Group Manager to arrange ordering and paying as an agent for Avroy Shlain.
